Observations

• There is no significant difference in the ranking of these items when limiting the analysis to respondents who identify "administration" as their main job responsibility.
• When limiting the analysis to respondents who identify themselves as being able to make purchase decision for course management systems on an institutional level, there is a slightly higher readiness to pay for open-source consortium membership fees and vendor-hosted courses than for their own staff to contribute to the programming or for the vendor to maintain their server.
